At Corporate Compass, Niraj works as a senior facilitator and as a sales manager. He is responsible for leading the company’s sales campaigns and conducting productive team-building activities. Niraj has successfully collaborated with more than a hundred international companies, including HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla, SBI, Cimpress, DBS Bank, Accenture, Asian Paints, JP Morgan, Bajaj Finance, Deloitte, Maersk Tankers, BYJU’S, and Plot X. He has strengthened Corporate Compass’s team-building initiatives to the point where the company’s programs are now highly referred.
Regarding international teams in the Asia-Pacific region, Niraj has led more than a thousand experiential team building workshops both in-person and virtually. Among these were the “New Age Leadership” workshops for a well-known IT corporation and the “Team Building” workshops for the middle and senior-level management teams. Over the past six years, Niraj has proven that he can adjust to changing technological landscapes by carefully choosing virtual engagement and learning solutions. Additionally, he has conducted several impactful workshops at various organizational levels.
