About Roller Coaster
What to expect from this team building workshop?
The Roller Coaster Challenge is an exciting and encouraging team-building activity where participants must work together and use creativity to design and construct a real roller coaster that uses gravity to move a ball around its flimsy frame. In addition to completing a few team tasks, the activity's goal is to build a roller coaster that gives the ball the most thrilling and exciting ride possible. This is a great way to support your company's culture-building efforts by fostering teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills among coworkers.
Workshop Brief
How this team building workshop is delivered?
The goal of the challenge is to give teams a taste of the excitement that comes from collaborating both inside and between teams. The "Enterprise" group is split up into smaller teams at the start of the challenge, and each team is given a specific set of guidelines to follow in order to design their own roller coaster. Every team member needs to assume a distinct job, such as that of the manager of purchases, the structural designer, or the leader.
The lead facilitator reveals a twist halfway through the challenge: the original brief called for building multiple little roller coasters, but it is now asking for building a single, large, seamless roller coaster. The company can maximize its earnings if the team succeeds in this.
The teams are forced to choose between sticking to their original plan and collaborating with other teams to build the one large roller coaster, or they can choose to adapt and go with the flow. It's an exercise in communication, cooperation, and strategic thinking since the teams have to work together well to accomplish the updated objective.
Teams will go through the highs and lows of creating a roller coaster during the challenge, from concept and design to implementation and testing. For every participant, the experience of watching the roller coaster in action and reaching the objective together will be unforgettable.

I want to express my sincere gratitude on behalf of Swiss Re for the wonderful show you put on during our team's offsite. The program's design was flawless; it struck the ideal balance between entertaining activities, insightful information, and engaging content. The smooth experience started right away, and we are very grateful to Anuprita and Neil for their professional guidance through your model, which was a really memorable moment. It was noted and much appreciated that the sales team submitted quotes on time and assisted in facilitating transactions through third parties. Finally, a particular thank you to Niraj and the whole crew for their careful preparation, punctuality, and contagious enthusiasm. The success of the event was largely due to the efforts of the entire crew, including the team working behind the scenes.
