Members of the four teams assume the role of sports team owners. In a live auction, they compete with other teams to assemble the best sports squad.

In a dynamic and uncertain environment, the team members construct a plan and collaborate to make decisions on how to use the limited resources allotted. During play, the teams must monitor their progress and adjust their plans in response to evolving circumstances and fresh information.

Over the course of the program, teams are tested and kept on their toes by this fast-paced team-building workshop.
