Saurabh holds two positions in Corporate Compass one as a director and another as a Senior Facilitator. Saurabh manages the HR function and conducts team-building workshops for teams. He also manages team development programs, talent acquisition, and handles HR strategy. Saurabh plays an important role in raising employee engagement and creating a positive atmosphere at work. Furthermore, he takes care of offering impactful team-building initiatives to over 250 global enterprises, including Quantiphi, RU loans, Sulzer Pumps India Pvt Ltd, Workstore, Opus Consulting, and OKI India. Saurabh’s innovative team-building activities ideas have significantly enhanced Corporate Compass’s team-building programs, making them far more potent and significant.
The values that drive Saurabh include freedom, contemplation, love, enthusiasm, and lifelong learning. He has also been through many Indian and African woods as a wildlife photographer. He has a strong relationship with nature and a spirit of adventure, which are reflected in his favorite outdoor activity of tracking big cats.
