Kedar leads a group of experts as Head Facilitator and Director. He oversees organizing and directing interesting workshops and activities for team building. Under his direction, Corporate Compass has established a solid portfolio of fruitful collaborations with well-known customers like Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, DBS Bank, HDFC Bank, and LinkedIn. Across multiple enterprises, Kedar’s innovative approach and constant devotion have shown to strengthen team interactions and leadership qualities.
In addition to facilitating workshops, Kedar oversees employee engagement activities for employees, strategic planning, and dealing with clients. Kedar has conducted over a thousand in-person and virtual fully immersive workshops for multinational teams in the Asia-Pacific area. These include the “Reinventing Collaboration” program for senior management in the banking sector and several team-building activities for the middle and senior-level management teams. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kedar conducted around 220 virtual team-building workshops for the team for a leading private-sector bank in India.
