About National Security
What to expect from this team building workshop?
In the fast-paced business simulation National Security, players take on the roles of inventors, producers, and vendors entrusted with meeting the military's urgent need for weapons. Teams must compete to gain the most market share through strategic planning and decision-making while adhering to tight timelines, high standards of quality, and client demands. This stimulating and thought-provoking simulation highlights the vital significance of national security while pushing players to think creatively and unconventionally and to create solutions that prioritize the needs of the consumer. Workshop Brief
How this team building workshop is delivered?
To meet the military's urgent need for weapons and capture the biggest market share, participants in the National Security business simulation exercise are urged to think and behave like inventors, producers, and sellers. The participants are offered a unique opportunity to experience the rewards and challenges of competing in this highly regulated and strategic business by assuming the roles of private enterprises in the defense sector.
The goal of the exercise is to make participants more customer-centric by having them concentrate on the demands and wants of the military as their main clientele. To buy component designs, manufacture component parts, assemble equipment, and sell it to the DRDO, they have to stay within a certain budget. There are four quarters in the game, each lasting sixteen minutes of game time.
Representatives from DRDO will stop by everyone's room several times during the game to visit, giving them the opportunity to pitch a deal or ask questions at any time. Throughout the quarter, all standard channels of communication are available, providing participants with the chance to plan and work together with their teammates.

I want to express my sincere gratitude on behalf of Swiss Re for the wonderful show you put on during our team's offsite. The program's design was flawless; it struck the ideal balance between entertaining activities, insightful information, and engaging content. The smooth experience started right away, and we are very grateful to Anuprita and Neil for their professional guidance through your model, which was a really memorable moment. It was noted and much appreciated that the sales team submitted quotes on time and assisted in facilitating transactions through third parties. Finally, a particular thank you to Niraj and the whole crew for their careful preparation, punctuality, and contagious enthusiasm. The success of the event was largely due to the efforts of the entire crew, including the team working behind the scenes.
