What to expect from this team building workshop?
The thrilling and intense survival-based program "Mount Everest Challenge" places participants in some of the most difficult circumstances conceivable. The goal of the mission is to survive and communicate with your basecamp for help and scale World's Tallest Mountain Peak which requires a delicate balance of resourcefulness, time management, and good judgment. To overcome this difficult task, cooperation, communication, and strategic decision-making are necessary. This creates a perfect environment for team-building since participants will be stretched to the breaking point and forced to collaborate in order to overcome challenges and accomplish their goals.
Workshop Brief
How this team building workshop is delivered?
Take on the Mount Everest Challenge to go on the greatest adventure ever! Teams from all around India pretend to be courageous climbers who want to reach the highest mountain in the globe without suffering any losses.
The team, guided by Sherpas, must ascend Mount Everest by way of five checkpoints and around eight activities. They must use 'Life Coins' to strategically allocate their resources.Teams must give up necessary supplies including food, oxygen shelter, and other items at each checkpoint, depending on the weather. Teams receive casualty cards in the event that any resource runs short. Watch the exciting expedition captured on the Mount Everest Map as teams compete for the top spot."
