Activity Description
Meri Awaaz Sunoo, as the name suggests, is about recognizing the verbal instructions and taking actions based on the same. The activity tests the teamwork, trust, and communication within a team that works towards a shared goal — forming and completing a certain structure with the provided spare parts. This engaging activity can be a fantastic addition to your outdoor team building games, fostering collaboration and problem-solving skills in a fun and interactive way.
Activity Brief
A circle of 20 ft radius is created with any two of the participants (per team) within it, both blindfolded and surrounded by some spare parts.
Two coordinators stand outside the circle, about 10 to 20 feet away, facing the other team members, who are 20 feet away from these coordinators.
The twist is that these team members cannot talk. They are mute but can see the circle and where the resources are kept.
Thus, they have to convey the task to the coordinators, who will, in turn, give verbal commands to the blindfolded participants within the circle to build a structure out of the spare parts. It’s one of the many fun activities for employee engagement that Corporate Compass offers to enhance team dynamics and foster collaboration.
